Terms and Conditions

PRIVATE TRANSFERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, UPDATE OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRICE LIST AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

A booking confirmation will be forwarded as soon as payment is received. If you do not receive a confirmation, the booking has not been completed. Call 0422382217 immediately


Once a Booking is confirmed and Booking Fee has been paid, we reserve the right to charge a minimum administration fee of $11 for each subsequent change or alteration to the Booking

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be given (less an administration fee of $35.00 and any credit card charges) to passengers that give at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded at the discretion of Private Transfers.

The Driver is authorised to stop the vehicle and ask any passenger to leave the vehicle if, in his opinion, they act contrary to our conditions of hire in any way.

Passengers must not distract, harass or interfere with the driver. Passengers must not encourage the driver to break the law or drive in an unsafe manner.


DELAY

We do not accept any responsibility for any delays caused by traffic or vehicle breakdown beyond our control. Any changes to flight schedules should be advised to Private Airport Transfers as soon as possible. We will then try to organise a transfer around the problem.

The following applies to Private Airport Transfers Only:

Should your flight be more than 40 minutes late you will be charged at the rate of $1.50 per minute past the allowed 40 minutes waiting time.

Due to other commitments, if your flight is delayed for more that 1 hour we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund.

The following applys to Standard Transfers:

We reserve the right to charge $1.50 for each minute our driver waits past the designated pick up time (the first 10 minutes is free of charge).


DAMAGE

If our vehicle is damaged or soiled as a result of a passengers actions, we will charge the person named on the contract the full dollar amount required to fix the damaged vehicle as well as the of value of the lost income while the vehicle is out of the fleet.


LUGGAGE

We accept no liability for lost or damaged luggage. Please ensure this is covered by your travel insurance.

Please note we allow 1 large suitcase & 1 hand luggage item per person


DRIVERS

We reserve to right to provide sub-contracted, qualified drivers to meet your needs.


CHILD PASSENGERS

We can provide baby & child seats if notified at time of booking.(UNDER 7yrs REQUIRE RESTRAINTS)

Parents or Carers are responsible for the safety of children at all times.


Clients are reminded that it is against the law to partake of non prescribed drugs, alcohol or cigarettes in a

passenger carrying vehicle







Weddings Formals & Special Occasions

Terms & Conditions for Weddings Formals & Special Occasions ( subject to change without notice)  

  

Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer understands 

and accepts the terms and conditions and payment of the deposit signifies such 

acceptance.

 

"Bookings are not "confirmed" until the due deposit has been paid.


DEPOSIT BOOKING FEE

50% deposit required with all bookings and is non-refundable


BALANCE

Balance to be finalised by 8 weeks prior to booking date to guarantee availability


PAYMENTS

Payment may be made by: direct deposit credit card or cash

Direct deposit details: Visa / MasterCard  3% admin fee . Amex/Diners: 5% admin fee

3 days clearance required for direct deposit


ADDITIONAL TIME

Additional time: 10 minutes in excess of agreed hire time - no charge

Thereafter 15-minute units at rate of $55 per 1/4 hour (or part thereof) per car

Additional time will be deducted from credit card as provided or

Invoiced to the Event organizer who has made the booking


RESTRICTIONS

No smoking in vehicles, consumption of food or drinks.


CANCELLATION

Cancellation incurs loss of deposit. Cancellation less than 4 weeks notice,

full payment required.


Cancellations to be in writing


LIABILITY

Liability claims limited to total monies paid by client


All vehicles are regularly and thoroughly maintained. However, should requested vehicle(s) be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control or any other cause whatsoever, a replacement vehicle(s) as close as possible to the booked vehicle(s) will be dispatched depending on timing etc no liability will be accepted by us for any consequential loss.


LOCATIONS ACCESS

No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location.


PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY

The client is responsible for all passengers, should the client or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly or, in the chauffeurs judgment are unfit to travel the chauffeur may terminate the booking.


DAMAGE TO VEHICLES

All damage to the vehicle will be charged to the client’s credit card or invoiced to the organizer for time out of service and damaged caused whatsoever.


TIME DELAYS, THEFT &  DAMAGE

We endeavor to meet all deadlines and accept NO responsibility for any delays however caused, theft or damage of any item belonging to any of the passengers travelling in our vehicle. Any passenger leaving possessions or items in the vehicle does so at their own risk
